Submit one nomination to the Health & Innovation Awards 2026 under the Corporate / CSR category.
Nomination package includes:
- Jury evaluation and shortlisting
- Two delegate passes with award ceremony and conference access

Nomination fee: ₹4,500 (GST inclusive).
Submission and payment do not guarantee selection. Finalists will be invited to the award ceremony at the National School Health Conference 2026 on 9 October 2026 at Rajasthan International Centre, Jaipur.
