These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of lavenderhealthcare.com and purchases or enquiries made through the website. The website is operated by Lavender Health Care Pvt Ltd (“Lavender”, “we”, “us” or “our”), B6/49, Safdarjung Enclave, New Delhi – 110029, India.
By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund & Returns Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or place an order.
1. Eligibility and account use

You are responsible for providing accurate information, keeping account credentials confidential, and promptly updating information that changes. Activity conducted through your account may be treated as authorised by you unless you notify us of suspected misuse.

We aim to keep product, service, price, availability and image information accurate, but errors or delays may occur. Colours and appearance may vary by device. Illustrations, including AI-generated or representative images, are for presentation and may not depict the exact product supplied. The online store is currently intended for delivery within India. Orders are normally expected to be delivered within 3–7 business days after order confirmation. This is an estimate, not a guarantee, and may be affected by courier operations, location, weather, public holidays, regulatory checks or events beyond reasonable control. 7. Cancellations, returns and refunds
Once an order is placed, customer cancellations are not accepted. Customers must report an item received damaged or incorrect within 48 hours of delivery, following the procedure in our Refund & Returns Policy. Change-of-mind returns are not accepted. Opened or used products, hygiene and personal-care items, and custom or special-order items are non-returnable. Other healthcare, temperature-sensitive or restricted items may also be non-returnable where stated, except where a remedy is required by applicable law.
