By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund & Returns Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or place an order.

1. Eligibility and account use

You must be legally capable of entering into a contract under applicable law to place an order. You are responsible for providing accurate information, keeping account credentials confidential, and promptly updating information that changes. Activity conducted through your account may be treated as authorised by you unless you notify us of suspected misuse.

2. Website information

We aim to keep product, service, price, availability and image information accurate, but errors or delays may occur. Colours and appearance may vary by device. Illustrations, including AI-generated or representative images, are for presentation and may not depict the exact product supplied. Product labels, specifications and manufacturer instructions should be reviewed before use.

3. Products, services and availability

Products and services are subject to availability, suitability, verification and any applicable regulatory requirements. Listing an item or service does not guarantee acceptance of an order or enquiry. We may set quantity limits, request additional information, correct an error, or decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, stock unavailability, delivery restrictions or legal compliance.

4. Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to purchase. An automated acknowledgement does not by itself mean that we have accepted the order. Acceptance occurs when we confirm dispatch or otherwise expressly confirm acceptance. If we cannot accept an order after payment, we will arrange a refund to the original payment method, subject to payment-provider processing times.

5. Prices, taxes and payment

  • Prices are displayed in Indian rupees unless stated otherwise.
  • Applicable taxes and other fees will be shown at or before checkout. Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Online payments may be processed by third-party providers, including Razorpay when enabled, under their own terms and security procedures.
  • You must use a payment method you are authorised to use and must not share payment PINs or one-time passwords with us.

6. Shipping and delivery

The online store is currently intended for delivery within India. Orders are normally expected to be delivered within 3–7 business days after order confirmation. This is an estimate, not a guarantee, and may be affected by courier operations, location, weather, public holidays, regulatory checks or events beyond reasonable control. Please inspect delivery details before submitting an order and refer to our Shipping Policy.

7. Cancellations, returns and refunds

Once an order is placed, customer cancellations are not accepted. Customers must report an item received damaged or incorrect within 48 hours of delivery, following the procedure in our Refund & Returns Policy. Change-of-mind returns are not accepted. Opened or used products, hygiene and personal-care items, and custom or special-order items are non-returnable. Other healthcare, temperature-sensitive or restricted items may also be non-returnable where stated, except where a remedy is required by applicable law.

8. Healthcare information and responsible use

Website content is general information and is not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment or a substitute for consultation with an appropriately qualified healthcare professional. Products must be used according to their labels, instructions and warnings. Some products or services may require professional assessment or supervision. In a medical emergency, contact local emergency services or an appropriate healthcare provider immediately.

9. Institutional enquiries and service proposals

Quotations, proposals and discussions concerning institutional supplies, campaigns, conferences, digital-health solutions, or aesthetic and wellness services are preliminary unless incorporated into a separate written agreement signed or accepted by authorised representatives. Scope, pricing, timelines, responsibilities and regulatory requirements may be addressed separately.

10. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with security or operation, introduce malicious code, scrape or copy content unlawfully, impersonate another person, submit false information, or use the website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.

11. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, website content, branding, layout, text and original materials are owned by or licensed to Lavender Health Care Pvt Ltd. You may use the website for personal, lawful purposes. No content may be reproduced, modified, distributed or commercially exploited without permission, except as allowed by law. Third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners.

12. Third-party services and links

The website may use or link to third-party payment, courier, map, hosting or other services. We do not control their independent terms, availability or practices. Accessing a third-party service is subject to that provider’s terms and policies.

13. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website and its content are provided without guarantees beyond those expressly stated or required by law. Lavender Health Care Pvt Ltd is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from website use, service interruption, third-party services, or misuse of products. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer rights.

14. Events beyond reasonable control

We will not be responsible for delay or failure caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural events, government action, transport disruption, labour disturbance, utility or internet failure, epidemic, or supplier interruption. We will take reasonable steps to communicate and reduce the effect where practicable.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer-protection law and any mandatory forum rights, disputes will be subject to the courts having jurisdiction in New Delhi, India. We encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve concerns promptly.
